                                   50 gram gær

                                   1/2 liter lunken vand

                                   3 spiseske olie

                                   2 spiseske honning

                                    lidt salt

                                   150 gram solsikkekerner

                                   250 gram grahamsmel

                                   ca. 500 gram hvedemel

 

                 Formes som boller, hæver ca. 1/2 time.

 

                 Bages ved 200° i ca. 15 minutter.
